2. Why is cold-pressed hemp oil considered a unique dietary product?

20 grams of cold-pressed hemp oil (average adult dose) contains: 1.6 mg of iron, 140 mg of magnesium (half the daily norm), 330 mg of phosphorus, 240 mg of potassium, 2 mg of zinc, and 22 micrograms of folic acid. 10. How to choose hemp oil?

Top-ranked hemp oil must be produced by cold pressing, so it retains all the valuable properties of the seeds. Good oil has a greenish tint and grassy flavor. Always buy oil in a dark glass container.

11. Are hemp oil and CBD oil the same thing?

Hemp seed oil is not the same as CBD oil. Hemp seed oil is produced from plant seeds by cold pressing at room temperature, in hydraulic presses. Its colour is yellow with a greenish tint. CBD is an extract derived from plant inflorescences in subcritical or supercritical extractors. As a rule, it is sold as white crystals (in its pure form) or mixed with cold-pressed oils, the colour ranging from dull yellow to dark green (CBD concentration from 3 to 40%).
